Prices:
We strive for fixed low prices, and the goal is often new offers.
All our prices are incl. VAT.
Payment:
Cattoys by Stollesen & Stoltze does not charge debit card fees when you shop in our stores. You can pay with the following card types:
- Mastercard debit
- Mastercard
- We saw
- Show Electron
- Anyday
- Bank transfer
When paying with Anyday, we collect the first payment when the item is shipped. You then pay a monthly instalment on the last working day of the next three months. This benefit depends on your order total and payment plan. Provided you pay all instalments on time, there are zero interest and charges. Price error:
If a price is manifestly incorrect and you reasonably should have discovered this, we are not obligated to supply the product in question at the wrong price.
Minimum purchase:
When you shop online at Cattoys by Stollesen & Stoltze, there is no minimum purchase.
Undoing part of the purchase
If you have purchased several items from us, you have the option of sending one or more items back, even if they were purchased in one order.
Please note that you will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if you regret part of your purchase.
The condition of the item when you send it back
If the item has lost value and it is because you have used it in a different way than what was necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works, you can only get part of the purchase amount back. The amount you can get back depends on the commercial value of the item, and in some cases it may mean that you can only get the shipping costs back.
We recommend that you send the item back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in the value of the item.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back. If the item is impaired, we will deduct the amount you are liable for.
We will refund all payments received from you, excluding delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving the item.
We will refund the money with the same means of payment that you used at the time of purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.
We may withhold payment until we have received the item, unless you send us proof of having returned it.
We only accept packages that are sent directly to the address.
Complaint:
When you shop at Cattoys by Stollesen & Stoltze, you always have a 24 month right to make a complaint. This means that you can either have the item repaired, exchanged, the money back or a reduction in the price, depending on the specific situation.
It is, of course, a requirement that the complaint is justified and that the defect has not arisen as a result of alm. wear and tear, improper use of the product or other harmful behavior.
Complaints must be made within a reasonable time after receipt of the goods, and we therefore encourage the buyer to inspect the goods as soon as possible after receipt.
If you complain within 14 days after the defect is discovered, the complaint is considered to be timely.

At Cattoys by Stollesen & Stoltze, cookies are used for the purpose of optimizing the website and its functionality, and thus making the visit as easy as possible for you.
