Fur is a great toy that can really bring out the hunting instinct in adult cats and even small kittens. The female cat often uses fur toys as prey and calls the kittens to teach them how to hunt.
- 2nd sorting can be anything from fur mice, fur spirals, rabbit ears, rabbit paws and deer. They’ve been discarded for a variety of reasons, but they’re certainly not failing.
- Fur is great as a chew toy when e.g. kittens change teeth, just as they clean the teeth of cats.
- Most cats love fur and something that can be thrown away, show off as prey and it is good activity.
- The rabbit fur, rabbit ears, rabbit paws and deer skins we use for cat toys are a by-product and 100% natural.
How to store fur toys:
Fur toys have to go in the freezer, every 3-4 weeks for 1-2 days. It also happens that it ends up in the water bowl, then the toy is left to dry on the radiator for 1 day and then 1-2 days in the freezer, then it is as good as new again.
