Delivery:
- We ship with Post Nord.
- Free delivery to the nearest parcel shop, for purchases over DKK 500. Only valid in Denmark.
- Shipping to parcel shop DKK 45.
- Shipping to residence DKK 65.
- Delivery 2-7 arb. days, unless otherwise stated under the item.
- Handmade items may have a longer delivery time, we will contact you in each case.
- Possibility of picking up orders at one of our 2 addresses.

Da begge kategorier sendes fra fjernlager, er vi nød til at skille varene ad på webshoppen.
Det betyder for dig som kunde, at du kun kan bestille Katte grus for sig.
Bestiller du foder sammen med øvrige produkter, dog ikke katte grus. Vil alle øvrige produkter blive sendt til nærste pakkeshop, og foderet vil komme til døren.
Dette er udelukkende fordi tredjeparts fragtpriser er noget højere end normalt, og ved at gøre det på denne måde, kan vi holde priserne på et spiseligt niveau for din skyld..
Return policy
As a customer, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify Cattoys By Stollesen & Stoltze that you regret your purchase. After the notice of withdrawal has been given to Cattoys By Stollesen & Stoltze, the item must be returned to Cattoys By Stollesen & Stoltze no later than 14 days after the notice is given.
The right of withdrawal and return must be notified in writing to either our postal address or cattoys@cattoys.dk
The amount that is refunded is the purchase price excluding delivery costs, as delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You pay for the return shipping yourself. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works.
In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.
If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.
The risk of transporting the item back to Cattoys By Stollesen & Stoltze rests with you as a customer. The item can also be delivered to one of Cattoys By Stollesen & Stoltze addresses.
You will receive an email when we receive your goods at our address. The amount is not paid in cash, but is returned in the same way as it was paid with.
