Delivery:

  • We ship with Post Nord and dao.
  • Free delivery to your nearest parcel shop for purchases over 600 kr. Only valid in Denmark.
  • Shipping to parcel shop 64 kr via PostNord.
  • Shipping to residence 85 kr via PostNord.
  • Shipping to parcel shop 57 kr via dao.
  • Delivery 2-7 arb. days, unless otherwise stated under the item.
  • Handmade items may have a longer delivery time, we will contact you in each case.
  • Possibility of picking up orders at one of our 2 addresses.

Da begge kategorier sendes fra fjernlager, er vi nød til at skille varene ad på webshoppen.

Det betyder for dig som kunde, at du kun kan bestille Katte grus og foder hver for sig.

Når du bestiller foder eller katte grus, vil disse blive sendt til døren.

Øvrige produkter skal bestilles for sig selv. 

Dette er udelukkende fordi tredjeparts fragtpriser er noget højere end vores egne.

Return policy

As a customer, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to notify Cattoys I/S that you regret your purchase. After notice of withdrawal has been given to Cattoys I/S, the goods must be returned to Cattoys I/S within 14 days after the notice has been given.

The right of withdrawal and return must be notified in writing to either our postal address or cattoys@cattoys.dk

 

The amount refunded is the purchase price excluding delivery costs, as delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer. You pay for the return shipping yourself. You are only liable for any deterioration in the value of the item, which is due to handling other than what is necessary to determine the item’s nature, properties and the way it works.

In other words – you can try the item in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it into actual use.

If the item has been tried in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase, you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the item.

The risk of transporting the item back to Cattoys I/S rests with you as the customer. The item can also be delivered to one of Cattoys I/S addresses.

You will receive an email when we receive your goods at our address. The amount is not paid in cash, but is returned in the same way as it was paid with.
